She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Deitzel and Florence Parker Deitzel; her husband Thomas; and her siblings, Edward, Wayne, James Deitzel and Ruth Snyder.
She is survived by: her son Thomas; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Caddy (Nadia) of Falls Church, VA, Tracey Mekosh of Willis, TX, Kelly Barnes of Ashland, PA, Noreen Slotcavage (Bryan) of Ashland, PA, Jill Zimmerman (Mike) of Ashland, PA and David Snyder of Lebanon, PA. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces.
