She is survived by: her husband Charles Canestro; her daughters, Noreen Exum, Donna Feerst and Sandra Canestro; her grandchildren, Michele Exum, Sherri Exum, Holly Marsala, Clayton Johnson, Robert Feerst, Bradley Johnson and Joseph Feerst; her great grandchildren, Emily, Natalie, Megan, Amy, Gabriel, Paige, Charles, Jasper, Isabella and Matthew; and her sisters, Elinor Cefola and Marguerite Berg. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mary Washington Hospice, St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fredericksburg Virginia, or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
