He was predeceased by: his brother Cory Lee Curtis; and his grandfather Walter Hoffmann Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Hoffmann and Tami Hoffmann; his son Cory James Hoffmann; his fiancée Caitlin Bushey; his brother Hunter Hoffmann; his grandparents, Karen Buck, Kathleen Hoffmann and Robert Austin; his uncle Michael Hoffmann (Amanda); and his aunts, Jennifer Hoffmann and Stephanie Davidson. He is also survived by several great aunts and uncles.
