He was predeceased by: his mother Isabell Moffet. He is survived by: his wife Maude Berry; his daughter Carolyn Gildea (Brian Gildea); his stepdaughter Karen Calamos (Greg Calamos); his grandchildren, Nolan Gildea, Logan Gildea, Kendall Bagby and Derrick Calamos; and his brother Jerry Moffet (Sonny Ellenton).
