We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2019, at the age of 92, Nellie Skinner Pugh (Fredericksburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Skinner and Elizabeth Skinner; her children, Pam and Ritchie; and her siblings, Aubrey, Ann, Lois and Hazel.

She is survived by: her children, Chuck Jr., Liz Elmore and Bobby Pugh; and her brothers, Jimmy, John, Wayne and Kenny. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
