She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Pack; her parents, Elmer Berry and Dorothy Berry; and her brother Kenneth Berry. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Stanley (Delbert), Richard Pack, Sr. (Patty) and Pamela Butler (James); her grandchildren, Kim Crisp (Jason), April Pack, Chris Patterson (Ashley), Ricky Pack, Jr. (Jackie), Brittany Patterson and Haley Butler; and her sister Doris Pack. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
