Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Monica Ann Wallace of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 84, on October 26, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerald Earl and Beatrice Ann Meade (Phelps); her granddaughter Monica James; and her brother Edward Earl. She is survived by: her children, Lora Wallace James of Stafford, John Richard Wallace (Gayla) of Dumfries and Timothy Steven Wallace (Kelley) of Stafford; her grandchildren, Justin David Wallace (Mickie) of Murrell's Inlet, SC., Ryan Matthew Wallace of Woodbridge, VA, Austin David James (Elizabeth) of Manassas and Matthew Dustin Wallace (Suzzanne) of City; her uncle Stanley Whitman; her aunt Helen; and her husband John Wallace. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
