He is survived by: his wife Debra Johnson Patrick; his children, Nicole Dionne Patrick, Michelle Faye Patrick (Matthew Dawson) and Mark Richard Patrick (Rocia Patrick); his sisters, Elaine J. Patrick, Faye Patrick Alston and Francine Patrick Goode; his grandchildren, Felicia Joseph, Javon Patrick, Lana Patrick, Mark Patrick II, Michael Patrick II and Lamar Patrick; and his cousins, Elkins and Johnson. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
