He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Lisa Marie Barker; his mother Isabel Carneal; his stepfather Robert E. Carneal; his siblings, Sharon H. Lapier, Sheri Harris, Kathy Myers, David Hill, Kyle Hill and Mark Carneal; his son Danny Ray Hill; and his father Ralph E. Hill. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
