He was predeceased by: his son Michael Paul Haddad (Miranda) of Lake Bluff, Illinois.; his grandson Hendrick Michael Haddad; and his sister Lorraine Ziton. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Searle Haddad; his grandsons, Harrison and Houghton Haddad; and his daughter Jessica Collis of Washington, D. C..

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that. Memorial Donations be made in Michael's name to Micah Ecumenical Ministries of Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank, the American Cancer Society, or any organization that provides in home Hospice Services.
