She is survived by: her children, William "Butch" Phipps (Tina), Bethla Janis (Patrick), Robert Phipps (Donna), Timothy Phipps (Sheila) and Delia Mitchell. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
