She is survived by: her grandson Cooper Lewis of Baltimore, MD; her nieces, Dawn "Beth" Lewis of Columbus, OH, Nancy Lewis of Santa Ana, CA and Gloria Ennis (Lavandell) of Fredericksburg, VA; her nephew Richard Lewis, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV; and her daughter-in-law Maureen Lewis of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
