With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jane (Fredericksburg, Virginia), born in Oak Hill, West Virginia, who passed away on July 24, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mabel Jane Epperly. She is survived by: her husband George L. Major; her children, George L. Major Jr. (Susan Robinson) and Christine Major Mitchell (John Mitchell); her grandsons, Dylan Ray Major and Rylan Zane Mitchell; her father Raymond "Shorty" Epperly; her sisters, Judy L. Kines (Carl) and Anna R. Anderson (Harvey); her sisters-in-law, Margaret Hunter (Herb), Nancy Olson (Doug), Mary Jane Davison and Janan Major; and her friends, Cathy Eaton and Barbara Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
