It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Howard Jr. of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Satterwhite and Marshall Howard; and his siblings, Marjorie Markham and Edward Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Isabell; his children, Tamey Hitt (Bob), Debbie Maddox (Mike), Dreama Cook (Bobby), Linda Howard, Cathy Howard, Susan Johnson (Tim), David Nicholson, Billy Nicholson, Janice Wood (Steven) and Jeffrey Nicholson; and his siblings, Polly Satterwhite, Jean Wright, Linda Cook, Frank Jordan and Robert Howard. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren.
