He was predeceased by: his parent Marion W. Myers Sr.; his daughter Selena Mae Myers; his grandson George Allen Bannar; and his brother Robert "Pete" Myers. He is survived by: his parent Elsie Childress Myers; his wife Frances Cash Myers; his children, Sheila Myers Long and Darryl Marion Myers (Jill); his granddaughter Selena C. Myers; and his siblings, Virginia Myers Williams, Shelby Myers Hicks (Jim), Nancy Myers Weaver, Dianne Myers Thomas-Smith (Bob), Larry Wayne Myers (Betty) and Deborah Myers Martin (Bob).
