She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Morton, and Hannah Morton, Sr. (Parker); and her husband Donald R. Truslow. She is survived by: her children, Vincent (Priscilla) of Stafford, VA, Susie Elliott (John) of Stamford, CT, Percy of Spotsylvania, Kenny (Michele) of Scotts Plain, NJ, Latachia Lewis, Gwendolyn Moore (Curtis) of Greenbelt, MD and Rachel Campbell of Stafford, VA; and her brother Norman Morton (Gwendolyn) of Woodbridge, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
