It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Lowe (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Lowe (Kenny); her parents, Chuck Cline and Agnes Cline; and her aunt Josie Callahan (Josephine). She is survived by: her close friend Ida Feaster (Harne); and her daughter Laura Collins (Jim) of Rapid City, SD.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
