It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret-Ann Garner of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clifton Samuels; her sister Susan Samuels; and her pet Chihuahua. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Samuels; her husband Talmadge Louis Garner; and her son Alexander Berklee Garner.
