He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pansy Fenwick and Malcolm Wallace Fenwick; his wife Kathryn Welch Fenwick; his children, Jennifer Fenwick West (Bill West) of Fredericksburg and James Fenwick (Chanel Miller) of Orange; his grandsons, Connor Fenwick (Devon VanBuskirk) of Portsmouth and Evan Fenwick of Norfolk; and his sister Ellen Bell of King George. He was also cherished by several nieces and cousins.
