She was predeceased by: her parents, Sibby Paul and Ruby Ducote (Gaspard); and her sister Sylvia Bates. She is survived by: her spouse Paul Monroe Kearns; her sons, Michael (Christine) and Chad (Monica); her sister Diana Gelinas (Ed); and her grandchildren, Michael II (Chelsea), Arielle, Destiny, Shane, Tim, Tonie (Trevor), Jase, Arayna and Colson.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to St. Jude Childrens Hospital at stude.org.
