She is survived by: her daughter Julie (Robert Appleton) of Fredericksburg, VA; her close friend Paul; her husband Paul Marahrens; her brother Don Ryan (Susan) of Oradell, NJ; her son James of Amherst, VA; her grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Robin and Patrick Appleton; her nieces, Laura Ryan (Gabe Gavilanes) and Therese Ryan (Mike Weinkauff); her great-nephews, Gabriel and Sebastian Gavilanes; and her great-niece Carolina.
