It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise R. Lewis of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gwen E. Rowe and Cassandra Hilliard; her grandson Leonard Rowe; her sister Patsy Brooks; and her caregivers, Sandra Colleen Willis, Adelaide Parker and Louise. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
