We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2022, at the age of 79, Linda Elaine Hill Thomas of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Troy, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Thomas; her children, Lauren Bass (David) of Stafford, VA, Sharon Thomas (Randy) of Baltimore, MD and Steven Thomas (Stacey) of Spotsylvania, VA; her grandchildren, Lindsey Bass Moran (Dylan), Christopher Bass, Nicholas Bass and Jamie Bass; her children, Andrew Cover (Colleen), Joseph Cover, Kyle Thomas (Kristen) and Kelsey Thomas Hayes (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Avery Hayes and Brayden Hayes; her siblings, Kenneth L. Hill, Jr. (Sue) of Greenwich, NY, Louise Hill Foxwell (Peter) of Skowhegan, ME and Darrell J. Hill of Greenwich, NY.; and her aunt Mary Lou Abbott of Sudbury, MA. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to some of Linda's favorite charities and organizations: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children, the Fredericksburg SPCA, or the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
