With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian West (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on March 30, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas West and Hilda West (Brown); and her siblings, Sherry Foggan (John) and Robert West (Carol). She is survived by: her brother Kenneth West (Ann) of Falmouth. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
