He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy, Sr. Hamm and Josephine Hamm; his brother Mack Hamm; and his foster son Theodore "Teddy". He is survived by: his wife Carole J. Hamm; his children, AnnYoz M. Hamm and Corey J. Hamm (LaTina); his grandchildren, Jasmine A. Tyler and Christian J. Hamm; his great grandchild Jahari A. Tyler; his siblings, Deborah Hamm, Van Hamm (Lauren) and Richard Hamm (Ann); his nephews, Marqis Hamm (Shannon) and Joseph LeCoy Hunter, Sr. (Jennifer); and his niece Andrea Hamm. He is also survived by his great nieces, great nephews, many cousins, extended family members and close friends.
