He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Byrd (Boots) and Frances Byrd; his former wife Barbara "Ramona" Byrd; and his brother Charles Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Moll; his son Sascha Leroy Byrd (Arvielle); his former wife Joyce Carter; and his siblings, Virginia Brown (Aubrey) of Port Royal, VA, Ellen Byrd of Tappahannock, VA, Frances "Darlene" Smith of Tappahannock, VA and William Byrd (Alease) of Caret, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
