He is survived by: his daughter Lynne Michelle Boxley-Lewis (Anthony Lewis); and his sisters, Lorraine Alsop, Estelle Strothers of Stafford, VA and WilliaMae White of Fredericksburg, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
