He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Maddox; his children, Belinda Thomas and Kevin Maddox; his stepdaughters, Bonnie Heflin, Gwen Hicks and Pam Schmitz; his grandchildren, Felicia, Chris, Zachary, Melissa, Meagan, Kevin Jr., Amanda, Stephanie, Robbie, Samantha and Devon; his great grandchildren, Blaine, Jacob, Tyler, Aiden, Carter, Cooper, June, Abi, Reese, Steven, Jude, Kyle, Charlotte, Brylie and Kylie; and his siblings, David Maddox, Eleanor Reale and Charlotte Barnes.
