He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Bushaw; his children, Amber Bushaw and Ian Bushaw; and his siblings, Bob Bushaw (Barb) and Kelley Brown (James). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
