He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford and Flora; his sister Linda Fithian; and his nephew Roger Fithian of Alexandria. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Fried (Adam) of Fredericksburg, Susan Wood (Mark) of Spotsylvania and Sarah Cary of Fredericksburg; his sisters, Anita Marshall (Ted) of Fredericksburg and Sandra Pearson (Tommy) of Mercersburg; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Mary, Michael, Samuel, Knight, Odin, Storm, Austin, Taylor and Everett. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
