She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Patrick Ryan and Margaret Chea Ovensen; her stepfather Edwin Ovensen; and her sister Judy Ryan Milks. She is survived by: her husband Michael Steele; and her sons, Eric Myerson (Bess Wilton) and Ryan Steele (Nadia Baksh).
