With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen S. Haigler (Fredericksburg, Virginia), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 2, 2020 at the age of 93. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arley Shockley and Alice Shockley; her children, Karen Oliva (Lawerence), Donald Haigler (Barb) and David Haigler; her husband Leon; and her brother James Shockley. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving extended family.
