It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Steiner in Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Ray Parker. She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Jones Parker; her husband Kurt Eric Steiner; and her sister Lisa Parker Galphin.
