It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie A. Schlegel of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Schlegel and Mary Schlegel (Bergman); her brother Neal Schlegel; her nephew Seth Krebbeks; and her close friend Bill Lassen.
She is survived by: her sister Ginger Krebbeks (David); her sister-in-law Donna Schlegel; her nieces and nephews, Pauline Krebbeks Shaker, Mia Krebbeks, Brian Krebbeks, MSgt Joseph Krebbeks, Hunter Krebbeks and Kevin Schlegel; and her godmother Dorothy Van Norman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Larimer County Humane Society, Ft. Collins, CO. or the Wayne County Humane Society, Lyons, NY.
