It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy L. Gilliam of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Pemberton and Stella Pemberton of Toledo, Ohio.. She is survived by: her fiancé Patrick McCarthy of Estero, Florida; and her brother James Pemberton of North Ridgeville, Ohio.
