She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Phelps and Rosiland Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Alva R. Windham; her daughters, Kimberly Dawson (Bobby) and Connie Stevenson; her grandchildren, Adam, Tyler, Kyle, Elliott and Peyton; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Mason and Gracelyn; and her brother Randy Phelps.
