It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce W. Price of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wright and Louise Wright; and her brother Robert Wright, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Larry Price; and her son Richard Kevin Cox (Paula).
