He was predeceased by: his former wife Virginia L. Moran; and his son Joseph J. Moran III. He is survived by: his wife Frances Eagan; his children, Albert L. Moran (Jaime), Cynthia Miller (Billy) and Angela McDaniel; and his siblings, Thomas L. Moran (Jacque), Leonard R. Moran, Martha Wood and Ramona Tate. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
