Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joseph Katz of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 39, on December 15, 2020. He is survived by: his parents, William M. Katz and Nancy P. Katz; his brother David A. Katz (Raechel); and his pets, Athena and Shishkabob. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
