He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Forster and Frances Forster (Gratowski); and his wife Marietta. He is survived by: his children, Cathryn Ann Nolen (Wray), Susan Marie Smart (Scott) and Joseph W. F. Forster (Brenda). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
