She is survived by: her husband Larry Cook; her sons, Marcos Ayala (Jody), Aeden Cook and Justin Roberts (Melissa); her grandchildren, Colby Roberts and Brock Roberts; her parents, Sharon Welborn and William L. Roberts, Jr.; her siblings, Judy Roberts of Ocala, Florida and Michael Roberts (Miranda) of Ocala, Florida; and her nieces, Ashelly Turner (Jordon), Lexi Harden and Belinda Mull (Kenny).
