He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren J. Lodge and Jean Eileen Lodge. He is survived by: his wife Denise Sparhawk Lodge; his son Andrew Warren Lodge; and his sisters, Candia Earley, Patrice Middleton and Daria Zellmer. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
