He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Jim" W. Foor, Jr. and Helen V. Foor (Hershberger); and his siblings, Jill Ann Hartle (Foor) and Dr. James R. Foor. He is survived by: his brother Dr. Jeffrey L. Foor (Linda); his nephew Ian Foor (Amy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alina, Maddie and Nick; his nephew Andrew Hartle (Laura); his niece Natalie Kaar (Matt); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Izzy and Gwyneth; and also Jordan.
