She is survived by: her siblings, James Edward Goree, Marcellus Goree, Charles Goree and Michelle Goree; her children, Maxine T. Carter, Carl Nelson and Alvin White; her grandchildren, Ta'Mora, Ty'Necia, Remy, Tierra, Eabha, Charleigh, Christian and Kieron; her great grandchildren, Karon, Taylor, Verniya and Da'Tru; and her aunt Maxine Zellars. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
