He was predeceased by: his mother Irene; his brother Tommy; and his grandparents, Ruperto Sr., Felicidad Govea, Prudencio Guzman and Maria Guzman.
He is survived by: his father Ruperto; his children, Jimmy Jr. and Marissa; his significant other Marina Hernandez of Fredericksburg; and his great-grandparent Margarita Robles.
