She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her brother Ronnie. She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne McDaniel (Mike), Judy King (Dana) and Jacqui Arnold (Larry); her grandchildren, Laura Beauchemin (Michael), Lindsey Griswold (Josh), Muriah Newland and Jennifer Downs (Brodie); her great grandchildren, Ethan Beauchemin, Adalynn Griswold, Wren and Linden Downs; her siblings, Michael Symonds and Marjorie Barron (Derek); and her son-in-law Boogie Newland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Fredericksburg (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
