She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Stough and Phyllis Stough; and her sister Cheryl. She is survived by: her husband H. Donald Surmacz; her children, Shannon Coleman (Justin) and Christopher Surmacz (Janelle); her sister Debbie Lesnik (John); her brothers-in-law, Art Khalouf and John Surmacz; her grandchildren, Rylie, Reagan, Noel, Garrett and Alexandra; and her great grandchild Kayden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
