She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Kenneth Willard "Chuckle" Sullivan of Fredericksburg; her children, Kristen "Kristi" Durnier Sullivan and Shannon "ShanMan" Sullivan of Fredericksburg; and her grandchildren, Jared Miller Johnson of Auburn and Kensley Elizabeth Johnson of Auburn.

In lieu of flowers, Jan requested that donations be made to your local SPCA.
