James Tyson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2021, at the age of 91, James Tyson of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Tyson and Annie E. Tyson of Widewater; his wife Blanch "Pat"; his siblings, Bernard and Dorothy; and his half-siblings, Eva and Billy.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Hinkle, Francis (Brenda) of King George and Gary (Beverly) of Stafford; his stepchildren, Diane Fishel of Fredericksburg and Herbert Patterson of Front Royal; and his brother Robert (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mary Washington Hospice; or the Alzheimer's Association.
