James Rodgers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Rodgers of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy W. Rodgers; his siblings, Woodrow "Sonny" Rodgers and Nellie Mae Smith; and his parents, Willie Rodgers and Lorraine Rodgers.
He is survived by: his son Troy W. Rodgers (Angela); his stepchildren, Susan Brooks (David), Martin Brooks (Julie) and Dale Brooks (Robin); and his sisters, Nancy Venetta (Don) and Evelyn Dillon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and the many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to a local animal shelter of your choice in Wayne's honor.
